Necessary products:

  • yellow peas - 125 grams
  • onion head
  • carrots - halves
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • semolina - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 2 s. l.
  • mustard - 1 s. l.
  • coriander - 1 tsp.
  • Adyghe left - 1 h. l.
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
  • frying oil
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

Soak the peas for a few hours (or overnight), bring to a boil and drain the excess water. Fry in oil chopped onions, grated carrots, add tomato paste, salt and leave on the stove for 5-7 minutes. Put the peas in a blender, grind it, then the fried vegetables, beat once again all together. Add the mustard, crushed garlic, coriander, black pepper, salt and stir. It's time for semolina, followed by flour. Stir well.

From the resulting mixture form meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden.
