How To Cook Spicy Pepper Paste With Walnuts, Garlic And Curry - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spicy pepper paste with walnuts, garlic and curry". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 hot red peppers
  • 1 medium garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons mixture of spices (black and red pepper, chili pepper flakes, coriander seeds, dried mint, parsley, oregano)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Cut, clean and roast the peppers for 3-4 minutes in the microwave (they should soften). Let cool.

Crush the spices (preferably dried) in a mortar along with the salt and walnuts.

Mix the peppers and crushed spices in a blender, add the curry, add more salt and blend, gradually pouring olive oil. The combination does not need to be homogeneous, it is enough to mix the products well.

The resulting paste can be consumed immediately, but is tastier if left for several days in the refrigerator.

Serve it as an addition to meat, with bacon, potatoes or just on a slice of bread.

Have a good time!
