How To Cook Spicy Pizza With Cheese, Olives And Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of flour
  • May 20 grams
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams of olives
  • 2 tablespoons flavored vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange jam
  • 2 fleshy tomatoes
  • 1 marinated hot pepper
  • 300 grams of cheese
  • left

Method of preparation:

Make a dough from the flour, a pinch of salt, yeast, 125 milliliters of water, 4 tablespoons of fat, cover it with a towel and leave for an hour. Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes and the olives into small pieces. Put in a saucepan onion, vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, olives, jam, garlic (crushed) and stew for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the tomatoes and cut the soft part into cubes, the cheese in the same way and the hot pepper into pieces.

Knead the dough, roll it out and put it in a suitable form in which you will bake. Spread the mixture with the olives, tomatoes, cheese and pepper on it. Drizzle with olive oil and bake the pizza for 25 minutes at 220 degrees.
