How To Cook Spicy Pork With Soy Sauce, Garlic And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pork

1/2 lemon

100 milliliters of soy sauce

60 grams of roasted peanuts

5 - 6 feathers green onions

1/2 hot pepper

2 heads of garlic

red and black pepper, curry - to taste

parsley

about 3 cm ginger root

3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into small pieces, mash the garlic with a press, grate the ginger finely, drain the lemon juice. Add garlic and ginger to the meat, pour over the soy sauce and lemon juice, leave for about an hour.

Meanwhile, crush the peanuts, finely chop the hot pepper, chop the green onion and parsley.

Fry the marinated meat (without the liquid) in oil until crusty, add the spices. Followed by peanuts, peppers, parsley and green onions, fry for another 2 minutes. Then pour the remaining marinade and stew everything with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and leave the dish on low heat until the liquid has completely evaporated. Don't forget to stir.

Serve the meat warm or hot with a garnish of boiled rice.
