Learn how to cook "Spicy potatoes with peppers, garlic and onions". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1.5 kg of potatoes (small)
2 fresh sweet peppers (red and / or yellow)
2 medium onions
2-3 cloves garlic
1 hot pepper / chili
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
4-5 tablespoons olive
salt, ground black pepper and fresh parsley - to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and cook until tender. Cut the onion and peppers into cubes, and finely chop the garlic and hot pepper with a knife. In a mortar, carefully crush the hot pepper together with the garlic, to which add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar, cumin, red pepper, salt and chopped parsley to taste.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it (if they are large, cut into pieces) until golden. Add onions, peppers, and a few minutes later the hot mixture. After 4-5 minutes, season with salt and ground black pepper and remove the dish from the heat.
You can sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
