How To Cook Spicy Shrimp With White Beans, Tomatoes And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry white wine
  • 430 grams of white canned beans, rinsed and drained
  • left cashier
  • 450 grams of shrimp, cleaned
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for about 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the garlic and hot red pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Carefully add the wine and simmer the sauce until the liquid is reduced by half.
  • Add the drained beans, season with salt and reduce the heat.
  • Add the shrimp, stir and cook under a lid for no more than 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
