Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 grams of minced turkey meat (or other)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cans white beans, drained
  • 100 grams of green hot peppers
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the minced meat, onion and garlic, stirring and crushing the turkey with a wooden spoon until it changes color. Add the zucchini and fry until soft, then pour in the bulgur and season with oregano, cumin, coriander, white pepper and salt. Stir and add the white beans, chili and broth. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer over low heat. Place the lid on the pan, leaving it slightly open, stirring occasionally until the liquid thickens and the bulgur softens (about 50 minutes). Serve in bowls.
