Learn how to cook "Salad of spinach and asparagus with fennel". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
150 grams of fresh spinach
1 fennel head (wild fennel)
6 sprigs of asparagus
left
freshly ground black pepper
40 ml of olive oil
1 finely grated lemon peel
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method of preparation:
Cut the base of the fennel head, remove the top leaves. Cut in two halves, put each on a board and cut into very thin pieces (if you can, into pieces as thick as a sheet of paper - you will need the sharpest knife you have). Chop the spinach leaves, put them in the salad bowl, season with a little salt and pepper. Add olive oil and stir by hand. Then add the fennel, asparagus (remove the hard part at the base and cut them diagonally), lemon peel and juice. Mix everything again with your hands. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. If you consider, you can add more salt and the salad is ready.
