Boil the rice until ready, add salt.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion in it together with the spices. Add the spinach and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add salt, pour the lemon juice and add the chopped garlic cloves. Remove the pan from the heat.
Then mix the vegetables with the rice and shape the meatballs with wet hands. Roll them in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
