Required products :

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of spinach leaves
  • 80 grams of wheat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 4 grams of soda
  • tablespoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the spinach leaves, then grind or chop very finely.
Add the bran, salt and baking soda to the flour. Put the spinach and finally the butter (to be at room temperature) and the egg.

Knead the dough, roll out a layer no thicker than a centimeter and cut out shapes (you can use a cup or other suitable container).

Arrange the cookies on a greased sheet of parchment and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until done (time depends on the size of the cakes).
