How To Cook Spinach Casserole With Cheese, Garlic And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 grams of frozen spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 200-250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 60 grams of grated feta cheese or other suitable
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Thaw the spinach, then drain the liquid with a colander.

 

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small cubes, mash the garlic.

 

Fry them in oil until the liquid evaporates. At the end of cooking, season to taste.

 

Grease a baking dish with oil, then distribute the spinach evenly on the bottom of the pan. Put a layer of mushroom and crushed feta cheese on it.

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and parmesan, add salt and spices of your choice.

 

Pour this mixture over the mushrooms and spinach, sprinkle with mozzarella.

 

 

Bake in the oven until golden brown on the surface.

It takes about 45 minutes to an hour for the casserole to be ready.
