How To Cook Spinach Casserole With Ham And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spinach casserole with ham and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 7 tea cups fresh bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 250 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 cup diced tea
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling

Egg filling :

  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 tea cup fresh milk
  • 1/4 tea cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Thaw the spinach and drain well.
  • Make the egg filling by mixing the ingredients in a deep bowl and stirring vigorously.
  • Spread half of the bread on the bottom of a square baking dish measuring approximately 25/25 centimeters.
  • Sprinkle with spinach, spread the ham on top and sprinkle with half the cheese.
  • Cover with the remaining bread and lightly press with your palms.
  • Drizzle with the egg mixture, trying to cover the bread cubes well.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and press again with your palms.
  • Cover the form with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until golden.
  • Serve the casserole warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
