Required products :

  • 6 teaspoons spinach
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons warm water
  • 6 2/3 tea cups flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast

Method of preparation :

Grind the spinach with the water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

In a bowl with a mixer, mix the yeast, salt and flour for 15 seconds. Add the liquid spinach mixture and continue to mix with the mixer for 3 minutes. Peel the dough at the edges of the bowl and mix for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a large bowl and cover with a towel, let it double in 1 hour.

Line two baking trays with baking paper. Sprinkle on a kitchen counter and transfer the dough over it. Divide it into two equal parts and transfer to the prepared trays, your dough will be very soft.

Repeat with the other piece of dough and leave the breadcrumbs covered to rise for 35-45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and prepare a fireproof bowl with 2 tea cups of ice in it.

Place the loaves to bake on the middle level of the oven, and place the bowl of ice on the bottom of the oven. Bake them until ready.
