How To Cook Spinach Cheese Waffles With Cream Cheese And Salmon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spinach-yellow waffles with cream cheese and salmon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

150 grams of flour
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
100 milliliters of yogurt or kefir
70 grams of spinach
60 grams of butter
100 grams of cheese

For the stuffing:

200 grams of cream cheese
1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream a
few sprigs of dill
120 grams of salmon (or other red fish)

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter, thaw the spinach.

 

Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add black pepper and salt to taste.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the yoghurt, spinach, melted butter and grated yellow cheese.

 

 

Combine the dry and liquid mixtures. From the dough obtained, bake waffles in a suitable appliance.

When they are ready, cool them and cut.

Make the filling by mixing cream cheese with sour cream and chopped dill. Season to taste.

 

Cut the fish into thin pieces.

All you have to do is "assemble" the sandwiches, placing the filling and salmon between two wafer shells.
