Required products :

250 grams of spinach
1 onion
1 tea cup breadcrumbs
70 grams butter
100 grams flour
2 eggs
250 grams feta, goat cheese or other suitable of your choice
dill, salt and other spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the spinach well under running water, then bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes. When removed from the heat, drain the liquid and allow the leaves to cool.

Grind them with a blender together with the peeled onion, butter, eggs and add the spices. Add the flour and breadcrumbs. Smash everything.

It's time for the cheese - crush it and mix with the resulting spinach combination. Add salt to taste, but be careful and consider the salinity of the cheese used.

Put the "minced meat" in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half.

Then form small balls out of it, which you arrange in a tray lined with parchment.
40-50 meatballs are obtained, their number depends on the size, of course.

Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
If you prefer, you can fry in a pan. This will make them more crunchy and golden, but the way is not the healthiest.

Enjoy your meal!
