Required products :

  • 400 grams of frozen spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 - 200 grams of cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon leavening agent
  • 2 cloves garlic if desired
  • salt to taste
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Defrost the spinach (if using fresh, wash, dry and chop). Beat the eggs, add the baking powder, flour and salt to taste.

Mix the products, add the shredded cheese (and garlic, if desired).

Stir, you should get a thick dough. From it form meatballs and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.

Remove the finished meatballs on paper to drain off excess fat.
