How To Cook Spinach Meatballs With Onion, Yellow Cheese And Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of spinach (maybe frozen)
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2.5 - 3 teaspoons of flour
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt to taste
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

If you use frozen spinach, defrost it first. Scald the fresh and drain the liquid.

Finely chop the onion and fry it. Add the spinach, grated yellow cheese, stir and let everything simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour the milk into the mixture, add the soda and salt to taste. Then gradually add the flour, mix and allow the dough to cool.

When this happens, form meatballs from it, dip them in fresh milk, roll in breadcrumbs and fry over high heat on both sides until crispy appetizing crust. Arrange in a pan and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
