Necessary products

For the pancakes:

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 60 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  

For the stuffing:

  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 150 grams of onions
  • 1 teaspoon mixture of different types of ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams of meat of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  

Method of preparation :

First, deal with the filling. Chop the meat, onion and garlic into small pieces.

 

Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the meat, garlic and onion in it for 10 minutes. Add salt, finely chopped fresh basil, ground pepper mix and let everything cook for a few more minutes, stirring.

 

Leave the filling for the moment, it's time for the pancakes.

 
Cut the spinach and pour half of the milk over it. Blanch the leaves for a minute and a half.

 

Beat the remaining milk with the eggs, add salt, sugar and flour.

 

You will get a thick homogeneous mixture, which you mix with spinach. The dough is ready.

 

 

Bake pancakes from it in a hot pan (about a minute and a half on each side are enough).

 

Heat the prepared stuffing and put 1 tablespoon of it at one end of each pancake.

 

Roll up, forming rolls. 12 pancakes are obtained from the indicated quantities of products.

 

Bring them to a boil.
