Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter, salt, milk and egg yolk. Make a dough, roll out a loaf and place it on the form so that it covers all the parts. Using a rolling pin, brush the surface to remove the excess and place the sliced yellow cheese.
In a pan, heat the butter and fry the spinach, along with the crushed garlic clove, salt, nutmeg. Cool the mixture and pour into the mold. Beat the eggs with the cream and pour over the filling. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Cool the slurry, cut and serve.
