Required products :

450 - 500 grams of frozen spinach

4 eggs

150 grams of grated yellow cheese (can Parmesan)

250 grams of cottage cheese

For the sauce:

1 onion

4 tablespoons cashews

150 grams of dried apricots

1 teaspoon chili powder

1.5 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons dry white wine

1 banana

peel and juice of 1 banana or 1 lemon

Method of preparation :

Stew the spinach until the liquid has completely evaporated, then allow to cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the spinach, add salt and pepper to taste.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and add them to the spinach mixture.

Spread the resulting "dough" on a tray lined with baking paper, level the surface and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.

Bake the marshmallows in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and wait for it to cool.

Make the sauce. Finely chop the onion and fry it briefly. Add the ground nuts, chopped dried apricots and curry.

Stew briefly and add the wine and honey. Followed by sliced banana, citrus peel and some of its juice. If you use orange, add more juice - it's all a matter of taste. Heat a little, remove from the heat and let the sauce cool (cook for about 5 - 10 minutes).

Turn the marshmallows upside down and remove the baking paper. Spread with cottage cheese (choose one that allows it to spread).

Spread the sauce evenly on top.

Form a roll, which you wrap in foil and store in the refrigerator overnight.

All you have to do is cut it into pieces and serve.
