Method of preparation :
Make a dressing by combining olive oil with wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons of cranberries. Grind with a blender and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Pour the sauce on the bottom of the salad bowl and place the spinach and arugula leaves, walnuts and grated goat cheese on top.
Season with black pepper, salt and stir.
