How To Cook Spinach Salad With Avocado, Feta And Dried Blueberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spinach salad with avocado, feta and dried blueberries". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • 50 grams of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried blueberries and cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • a pinch of dried rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano
  • 2 tablespoons almond leaves


Method of preparation :

Mix the herbs in a suitable bowl, pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Wash, dry and place the spinach leaves in a plate (or two).

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel it and cut into strips, which you spread on the spinach. Then crush the cheese and add the dried fruit.

Sprinkle the salad with almond leaves and season it with the previously prepared dressing.

You can now serve.
