Boil the eggs, peel and cut each into four.
Heat olive oil, fry in it until golden garlic cut into two cloves and remove them from the fat in which you fry sliced bread.
Wash the spinach leaves, dry them, chop the whole onion feathers.
Divide the spinach into two plates, add the egg pieces, onion and walnuts or other nuts.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and serve with croutons
