Learn how to cook "Spinach salad with goat cheese, walnuts and dressing with honey, lemon and mustard". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400-500 grams of fresh spinach
100-150 grams of soft goat cheese
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
For the dressing:
1-2 tablespoons vinegar (preferably white wine)
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 tea cup olive oil
Method of preparation :
Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, mustard and honey in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix well. Then pour the olive oil gradually, stirring.
Wash and dry the spinach leaves, put them in the salad bowl. Add the crushed goat cheese and ground walnuts to them. Season with the dressing, stir in the salad and serve.
If you want to get a richer taste, roast the walnuts.
