How To Cook Spinach Salad With Smoked Salmon, Cucumbers And Radishes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spinach salad with smoked salmon, cucumbers and radishes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • salt to taste
  • 8 tea cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers (the number depends on their size)
  • 4 radishes
  • bunch green onions or more if you prefer
  • 1 head red lettuce
  • 150 grams of smoked salmon
  • pinch of black pepper (ground)

 

Method of preparation :

In a large enough bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and add the dried dill. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Then in this sauce put the spinach leaves, chopped smoked salmon, radishes and cucumbers (in circles), chopped green and red onions.

 

Stir and serve the salad.
