Learn how to cook "Spinach salad with strawberries and chicken". Delicious recipe.
The salad with spinach and strawberries requires minimal preparation and can be customized to your liking. Use roasted salmon instead of chicken, almonds instead of walnuts. If you do not have strawberries, replace with slices of orange, lemon or other fruit of your choice.
Necessary products:
* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover a pan with baking paper and put the chicken legs, season with salt, thyme and pepper. Bake them for about 15-17 minutes or until the meat softens and becomes tender. Remove and allow to cool, then cut into chunks.
Arrange in four boxes spinach, chicken, strawberries, feta cheese and walnuts. Cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Season with balsamic vinegar just before serving.
