Learn how to cook "Spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and sour cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams of fresh spinach
1 - 2 cucumbers
1 large tomato
100 grams of green onions (or parsley)
2 eggs
3 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
marinated mushrooms for decoration
Method of preparation :
Wash the spinach leaves, dry them and cut into straws.
Boil the eggs hard, let them cool, peel them and cut into small pieces or grate.
Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers, cut them into small pieces and the green onions into small pieces.
Mix the tomato and cucumber pieces with the spinach, add salt to taste and stir. Add the mayonnaise.
Mix the cream with the grated eggs.
Form a layer of eggs in a suitable dish, follow a row of vegetables and mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped green onions or parsley.
Garnish with marinated mushrooms.
The salad is ready.
