Learn how to cook "Spinach sauce with walnuts, garlic and lemon juice". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
20 milliliters of water
30 grams of walnuts
30 milliliters of lemon juice
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 clove garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Method of preparation :
Pour water over the raw walnuts for 20 minutes.
Cut the garlic into large pieces.
Take the walnuts out of the water, dry them and pour them into a blender. Add garlic, lemon juice, water and beat until white puree.
Then put the spinach leaves and grind.
The spices follow.
And the sauce is ready.
You can serve it as an addition to spaghetti, vegetable salads or just on a slice of toast.
