Peel the fruit (pears or bananas), cut into large pieces and place in a suitable deep bowl. If you use pears, first clean them from the core with the seeds. Add the spinach leaves, sesame seeds and wheat germ to taste.
Grind the products to obtain a homogeneous thick drink. You can also puree it with the help of a blender.
