How To Cook Spinach Smoothie With Pumpkin, Bananas, Dates And Nut Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 dates
  • 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons spinach
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/3 tea cup grated pumpkin
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup almonds

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the dates, pumpkin, spinach and bananas in a blender. Pour the coconut or almond milk and water, pour the almonds and beat the products until they become a homogeneous thick drink.

Distribute in tall glass cups and enjoy the mix of flavors.
