How To Cook Spinach Stew With Meatballs And Béchamel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 50 grams of rice
  • 500 grams of minced minced meat
  • 1 head of old onion
  • 300 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 400 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:


Put the minced meat in a bowl and add finely chopped onions and rice. Knead it well and make meatballs. Put them in a saucepan of water and boil them. Drain the broth and set the meatballs aside.

Add the separated juice to the flour, mix the fresh with the yoghurt and combine the mixtures. Set aside and heat the butter in a pan.

Saute spinach, season with mint and lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and pour the béchamel sauce along with the meatballs.

Cook the stew on low heat for 10-12 minutes, cool and pour portions. Serve the dish warm, seasoned with grated Parmesan cheese.
