Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of finely ground crusts
  • 250 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 bunches of fresh onions
  • salt, pepper
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 link fresh mint
  • 50 grams of melted butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat some of the butter in a saucepan, chop the spinach and stew it. Finely chop the onion and mint and add to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper and stir.

Grease a pie tin, grease the crusts with oil and spread 4 of them on the bottom, one on top of the other, folding the edges. Distribute the filling, garnish with whole boiled eggs and cover with the remaining crusts.

You can break them or set goals. Sprinkle with oil, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown. Cool, cut and serve the cookies.
