Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 200 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 teaspoon butter

 

Method of preparation:


Pour and heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Wash, dry, chop the spinach and fry. Add finely chopped onion, salt and season with curry and pepper to taste.

 

Add chickpeas, tomato sauce and a pinch of sugar. Reduce the heat and let the dish simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

 

In another bowl pour the rice and pour 3 teaspoons of water and add the butter. Boil, cool, distribute in bowls and garnish with the finished dish.

 

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley sprigs.
