Necessary products for two portions:

 

  • 350 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 bunches of fresh onions
  • 1 link fresh mint
  • oil for stuffing
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 150-200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • colored salt for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the fat, chop the spinach finely and fry it. Add finely chopped green onions, tomatoes and mint. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

Stew the mixture for 5 minutes and pour it into two clay pots. Beat one egg in each and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Take them out, sprinkle with yellow cheese and return for another 10 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy. If desired, season with colored salt.
