Required products :
500 grams of spinach
80 grams of rice (1 cup of coffee)
2.5 cups of water
1 medium head old onion
2 feathers green onions
3 - 4 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :
Wash the spinach well, changing the water several times. Chop the leaves and drain the water with a colander. Dice the head of an old onion and the white part of the fresh one. Fry them until translucent in olive oil over medium heat. Then add the spinach, close the pan with a lid and stew for 5 minutes. The leaves will settle and then pour the rice, add salt and other spices if desired. Pour the water, which should be hot, close the pot again and let everything simmer for 20 minutes. Then add finely chopped dill and lemon juice, leave for another 5 minutes on the stove under a lid.
The result is a very tasty dish that can be served as a side dish or as a stand-alone dish. Cheese is a perfect addition. You can change the amount of rice according to your preferences.
