Required products :

6 eggs
300 grams sugar
300 grams flour
1 pod vanilla
pinch salt
fresh berry
chocolate shavings
lemon chips

For the caramel sauce :

100 grams of sugar
100 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
30-40 grams of butter

For cream:

500 grams of cream cheese
300 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
150 grams of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

About the kisses:

2 proteins
140 grams of sugar

For syruping:

100 milliliters of sugar syrup
50 milliliters of rum or cognac

Method of preparation :

Start by making a sponge cake. Using a mixer, beat the eggs to a froth together with the vanilla seeds.

Add the flour sifted with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a detachable form with a diameter of 22 centimeters, before covering the bottom with parchment.

Bake the marshmallows in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes and remove to cool on a wire rack.

Make sugar syrup from equal parts sugar and water. While warm, add a pod of vanilla, pour cognac or rum. Bring the liquid to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. When completely cooled, remove the vanilla.

To prepare the cream, beat the cream until stiff. Beat the cream cheese with the cocoa and powdered sugar, then mix the two tables. The combination should be cooled.

Cut the marshmallows horizontally into 3 or 4 thin pieces, which you syrup with the sweet liquid. Then smear them with cream and arrange them on top of each other.

Do not cover the top with cream, spread only on the sides of the cake and put it in the fridge.

It's time to deal with the caramel sauce. Make it from 40 milliliters of water to which you add sugar and let the mixture boil until it acquires an amber color. Then add the whipped cream and mix with a wire whisk. Remove the pan from the heat and add the oil. The sauce should be cooled to room temperature.

It's time for the kisses. Make sugar syrup and 50 milliliters of water. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a fluffy foam, to which pour a thin stream of sweet liquid without stopping the whipping.

Spread this mixture on the sides of the cake, then cover them with caramel sauce.

Apply from the protein mass and on the surface of the dessert, you can also treat with a burner for this purpose.

Garnish with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings and lemon slices.

Enjoy your meal!
