Learn how to cook "Sponge cake with mascarpone, chocolate and coffee". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 ready sponge cakes
100 milliliters of boiled espresso
100 grams of dark chocolate
370 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33%
250 grams of mascarpone
4 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
Method of preparation :
Beat the yolks with the sugar until fluffy and until the sweet crystals melt.
Then add the mascarpone and beat for another 2-4 minutes.
Pour one cup of coffee (but do not overdo it, it should not soak too much and soften). Spread the cream of sugar and egg yolks evenly on top, sprinkle with cocoa and cover with the second loaf.
Beat 200 milliliters of cold cream until slightly thickened. Then add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until you get a thick cream. Spread the sponge cake with it and level the surface.
Spray the third loaf with espresso and place on top of the cream.
Next, make a ganache cream. To do this, heat the remaining amount of cream in a water bath without boiling. Add the broken chocolate pieces and stir constantly until they are completely melted. The consistency should become smooth and glossy.
Spread this delicious coating on the whole cake and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. It is best to stay overnight so that all the marshes can be well watered.
Garnish with nuts, fresh fruit or other favorite products and enjoy.
