How To Cook Sponge Cake With Mascarpone, Coffee And Maple Syrup For Valentine's Day - Recipe

Necessary products

 

For swamps:

80 grams of flour

For syruping:

maple syrup diluted with water

 

For the cream:

2 teaspoons coffee

100 grams of mascarpone

powdered sugar

 

chocolate glaze on request

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with the sugar and place in a water bath. Beat with the mixer until the volume increases 4 times, then carefully remove from the heat and beat for another 8 minutes.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the beaten eggs, stirring gently.

Use a suitable heart-shaped dish, cover the bottom with baking paper and grease the bottom and walls with oil. Thoroughly pour the dough and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Leave the finished cake to cool in the form and then take it out.

You can bake in standard form and then cut out a heart or a few small ones.

Cut the marshmallows in half to make two.

Dilute maple syrup with water and spread the dessert using a brush or spray.

Boil the coffee, sweeten with powdered sugar and mix with the mascarpone. Beat briefly until smooth. Spread cream on one loaf, put the second on it and cover again with cream.

You can cover the dessert with chocolate glaze if you prefer.

Decorate as desired.
