How To Cook Sponge Cake With Nuts For Cakes And Pastries - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of nuts of your choice (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
12 eggs
200 grams of granulated sugar
100 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
1-2 pinches of cinnamon
grated lemon peel to taste

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with half the sugar until creamy.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until "hard snow". Combine the two mixtures.

Finely grind the preferred nuts and pour them into a suitable container. Add the flour, cinnamon and grated lemon peel.

Mix the resulting dry combination with the egg and add the butter, which you have previously melted and cooled.

Grease a form with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough into it. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Leave it for a few hours and then use it to make your favorite cake or pie.
