Method of preparation:
In a bowl put the butter, vanilla, sugar and beat until creamy. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, put them in two separate bowls and beat them separately. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, starch and stir.
Combine the mixtures and mix until a dough is obtained. Set it aside and prepare a baking dish. Sprinkle with ground walnuts, oatmeal and brown sugar.
Peel the plums and grind half of them in a blender. Pour the mixture over the nuts and pour the dough. Cut the other half of the fruit into small pieces and put them in the cake. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
Cool, turn the cake over, cut and serve.
