How To Cook Spring Cupcakes With Icing And Candied Flowers - Recipe

Required products :

3/4 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
70 grams butter
100 grams chocolate
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs (large)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the glaze:
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
3 teaspoons sugar
1/3 tea cup fresh milk
violet food coloring

purple flowers of choice (without stems)

12 paper capsules (cups, tins) for muffins

Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the paper cups with a little flour.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a suitable bowl, stir until smooth, remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Then beat the chocolate-butter combination with the eggs, sugar with a mixer, add the flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract.
Spread the dough in the tins and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
When you take them out, let them cool completely.

During this time, make the decoration.
Mix the milk and sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, the sugar should melt completely. Add the flowers and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and separate the flowers from the milk with the sugar.
Using a wire whisk, beat the milk mixture until smooth, add the food coloring.
Then apply the finished glaze with a brush on the surface of the cupcakes.
Using tweezers, place the flowers and spread with a mixture of protein and water.
Leave the spring muffins to stand for 8-10 hours at room temperature and then serve.
