Necessary products

  • 500 grams of turnips
  • 100 grams of carrots
  • 2.5 tsp water
  • 2 cubes of vegetable broth
  • 6 tablespoons rye flour
  • 85 grams of whipped cream
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • spring
  • 2 sec. l. oil

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the turnips and carrots into small pieces. Put them to boil in the broth for about 1 hour and mash them. Mix the rye flour, ginger and cream in a separate bowl. Add the eggs, spices and combine with the vegetable puree.

Grease a suitable container with oil, sprinkle it with flour and pour the mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes.
