Necessary products:

 

  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 carrots
  • a quarter of cabbage
  • a few exact crusts
  • 50-100 grams of corn
  • 200 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • one broken egg
  • lubricating oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the carrots, cabbage and onions into thin strips, fry and stew them in a pan. Add the mushrooms, corn and after ten minutes remove from the heat. Add salt, stir and cool the mixture.

 

Unfold the crusts, put the stuffing in each and fold like envelopes.

 

Arrange them in a greased pan and glaze with the beaten egg.

  

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden and crispy. When ready, grease with oil and serve warm.
