How To Cook Sprinkle With Flax, Sesame, Sunflower And Spices - Recipe

If you want to add crunchiness to various casserole dishes, soups or dishes, prepare this spicy sprinkle that goes with everything, and you will also add extra useful fiber to your menu.

Required products :

  • 1 protein
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon peeled sunflower
  • 1/2 tea cup whose
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites together with the pepper, olive oil, honey, salt and 1 tablespoon of water. Add all the seeds and mix well, allow the liquid to absorb for 30 minutes.

Turn the oven to 165 degrees.

Pour the seeds into a pan and bake, stirring every 5 minutes so that the seeds do not stick to each other. Bake for a total of 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Cool, then store in a jar.

You can store up to two weeks at room temperature, away from the stove and in sunlight.

You can add the sprinkles just before serving to keep them as crispy as possible.
