Required products :
200 grams of sprouted lentils
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil a
pinch of turmeric
salt and ground black pepper to taste
other spices of your choice (in the original recipe used 1/4 teaspoon asafetida)
Method of preparation :
Grind the sesame seeds until you get flour. Pour into the bowl of a blender, add the sprouted lentils, olive oil and spices. Beat everything for 5 minutes until the consistency is smooth.
Sprinkle the prepared hummus with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
