How To Cook Squid Meatballs With Carrots And Potatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Squid meatballs with carrots and potatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of cleaned squid
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • spices (for seafood or other suitable)
  • 2 slices of old white bread
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Soak the slices in water (you can also use fresh milk), fry the chopped 1 onion and carrot. Peel a potato and grate it finely, and you can boil it until semi-finished, so as not to risk it remaining raw.

Mix these products with the squid, draining the liquid from the bread. Season with seafood spice or your favorite, suitable for the mixture. Put the garlic cloves and grind everything with a meat grinder or blender.

In case the "minced meat" turns out to be too liquid, add breadcrumbs (you can replace it with flour). Leave to stand for 7-8 minutes, then make meatballs, fry them in hot oil until they form a yellow crust and arrange in a saucepan.

Pour a little water, add the second onion, chopped of your choice, a clove of garlic and close with a lid.

Allow the meatballs to simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
