How To Cook Squid Salad With Cucumbers, Olives And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 squid
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 300 grams of pitted black olives
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • left

Method of preparation :

Boil the squid and cut them into straws when they have cooled enough.

 

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into two parts, which you clean from the seeds (you can do this with a teaspoon).

 

Cut the rest into thin pieces that will look like the letter "C".

 

Cut the olives (pitted) into thick circles.

 

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup to make a pink sauce.

 

Add the garlic and onion that you have previously grated to it. Stir.

 

Finally, pour the sesame oil, gradually adding a little.

 

In a large bowl, mix the squid, cucumber and olives.

 

Season and add the sauce.

 

Stir and enjoy!
