Learn how to cook "Steaks in dough and mushroom stuffing with yellow cheese and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

4 pork or chicken steaks
300 milliliters of boiling water (for the dough)
300 grams of flour for the dough + 1 tablespoon for the filling)
2 tablespoons of oil for the dough + for frying
100 grams of grated yellow cheese for the sauce
100 grams of fresh or frozen spinach
100 grams of mushrooms
1 egg
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
spices to taste

Method of preparation :

First make the dough.

Pour the water into a suitable bowl and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Put on the stove to boil.
Pour 300 grams of flour into a deep bowl, pour boiling water and mix thoroughly first with a spoon, then continue with your hands. An elastic dough is obtained.
Allow it to cool and start preparing the stuffing-sauce.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, sprinkle them with lemon juice, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and leave for a few minutes. Then fry and at the end of the process put 1 tablespoon of flour.

Finely chop the spinach, mix it with the grated yellow cheese, add the raw egg, cream, mustard and mushrooms.

Beat the steaks well (better to be thin), season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Return to the dough. Cut it into 8 parts (this is the amount to make 4 large portions). Roll them very thinly.

On each sheet put a "sheet" of meat, followed by the filling.

Cover with a second layer of dough. Glue the edges to the base and cut out the excess.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.
