Divide the broccoli into "bouquets", steam them for 5-7 minutes until they acquire a deep green color and soften. Remove from the heat.
Bake the hazelnuts for 5 minutes in the oven (at 175 degrees), their shell should darken and begin to crack. Wait for them to cool a bit, pour them on a towel, wrap with it and rub between your palms for 10 seconds. This will remove the coating on the nuts. Then cut them.
Heat olive oil in a suitable pan (over medium heat) and fry the garlic cloves in it until golden brown, stirring occasionally. When removed from the heat, pour the freshly squeezed juice of one lemon, add salt and hazelnuts. Stir.
Put the broccoli in the bowl in which you will serve, pour them with the aromatic olive oil along with the garlic and nuts.
The salad is ready to eat.
