Required products :

  • 400 grams of white flour
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 100 grams of butter


Method of preparation :

Knead the dough, mixing the flour, water, salt and oil. Divide into 5 parts, cover them with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

Cut onions and carrots into thin straws, mix the two vegetables and pour the melted butter over them. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out the dough thinly and spread the vegetables on each of the five layers. Roll up the rolls, which you steam for half an hour under a lid over medium heat.

Grease the finished rolls with butter and serve them with sour cream, kefir or spicy tomato sauce.
